I topped up my account, but it still shows negative values

If you top up your account with enough funds to cover the negative credit, but the new credit value still shows as negative after 24 hours, please check that your credit top-up wasn't used to cover any outstanding invoices.

If you had outstanding invoices, then please top up your account again to cover your current usage.

If you did not have any outstanding invoices, please contact our support desk for further investigations.
